Depending on the item, we may be able to offer you replacement parts for your products. Please contact our Customer Service department at consumerrelations@beteshgroup.com or 1-800-929-4666 and provide as much information about the product (product name, item number if available, date of purchase) as possible.
I bought one of your products and would like to return or exchange it.
